  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT/USAGE TERMS

  3. The graphic files contained in this package are the product of Inspire Graphics and are protected by United States copyright law. Inspire Graphics grants you permission to use the enclosed clip art images and fonts along with the accompanying documentation under the following conditions:

  5. You have the right...

  7. A.  To install and use the Lettering Delights Supreme CD on a single computer. 
  8.  
  9. B.  To copy and modify the Lettering Delights Supreme CD images and fonts for your own PERSONAL use. Any use of the Lettering Delights Supreme CD, in whole or in part, that leads to financial increase requires prior written consent from Inspire Graphics.

  11. You do NOT have the right...

  13. A.  To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the Lettering Delights Supreme images or fonts. This is software piracy and is against the law.

  15. B.  To use the Lettering Delights Supreme CD on more than one computer at any given time. 
  16.  
  17. C.  To download, transfer, or post the Lettering Delights Supreme images or fonts across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet, or web page. 
  18.  
  19. D.  To make copies of the Lettering Delights Supreme CD or documentation other than for back-up purposes.
  20.  
  21. E.  To copy by electronic means, reproduce, scan, modify, or create derivative works from the Lettering Delights images, fonts, or accompanying documentation for the purpose of resale or distribution for financial increase.

  23. Much time and effort has been put into the production of this package. Please be honest as you use this software and abide by the guidelines included in this licensing agreement.

  25. LIMITED WARRANTY

Inspire Graphics warrants that the CD on which the Lettering Delights Supreme is recorded will be free from defects under normal use for 30 days from the time of sale as noted on your sales receipt. If defects are detected within (30) days please contact us at Support@LetteringDelights.com, fax: 801-235-9395, or through our web page: www.InspireGraphics.com and the problem will be corrected. 
  28. Note that this warranty covers only those CDs that are defective and not those that fail due to improper use.

  30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inspire Graphics' sole responsibility to you shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Inspire Graphics, or its suppliers be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use the Lettering Delights Supreme software or related documentation.
